Contributions to the Annual Fund support the work of the Chorus, allowing us to produce choral theater performances that transcend barriers, stir empathy, and spark change. Your support also allows us to bring our message to places where our voices need to be heard, including touring to cities and towns where there are no voices like ours.
Ticket sales and member dues account for less that 40% of our annual operating budget. Your continued support is critical for us to continue changing hearts and minds through music. The Heartland Men’s Chorus, Inc. was founded in 1986 as a safe oasis for a community scarred by fear and hatred. Today, HMCKC helps change hearts and minds in Kansas City’s robust arts and cultural scene by building community, celebrating pride, and empowering authenticity.
